Terrible! Needed a bolt for my starter and was told, "We don't know what that is and wouldn't have it if we did, honey." By the by, the auto part stores automatically knew what I needed, and this "honey" changed the starter on her F350 Powerstroke Diesel ALL BY HER LONESOME.
Nice salesmen, never met the sales manager,finance manager etc. But the service department is good to go.

This place is just terrible! My fiancee just bought a 2015 Ford Escape from there. The customer service was just God awful. Im a state vehicle inspector I get it, but the tires didn't match and there was just enough tread on them to pass inspection. After she purchased it, I had to spend $500 on new tires. While I was under the car I found an oil leak. Come to find out the dealer left the oil cap off of the engine when they did the oil change and left it loose in the engine bay. Needless to the engine compartment was a terrible mess. The dealership wanted us to come to them in the morning on a weekday so they can clean up their mess. We were also promised floor mats and have not received them or been contacted. Moral of this story is avoid this place and buy from a real dealership. I will NEVER buy anything from them again!
