They don't deliver within my range but that's okay for it worth picking it up and when i get home the food is still hot. When i order online they accept my orders even if it is a unique one. They are really nice and always have the food ready by the time i get their. I've been ordering from there for years now and they've improved everytime i go. They offer get discounts that really save you some money.
Awful customer service. Had the order wrong called they didn't answer. Called the next day to get our money back and they agreed. Called us back on our way there and told us we needed to bring in our food. You mean the food that was disgusting and got put into our trash at home? No. We were already on the way and I wasn't going to turn around with our two babies who were already ready to be out of the car. Get there and tell them make sure all of the money is there including the tip because I won't tip for bad service (which they were very rude on the phone and lied to me multiple times which I called them out on). LAURA was completely rude. She had such an attitude and was so put off that I asked for my tip back also and said some things under her breath. I obviously called her out on it and decided to let her know how customer service works and she said there was no need to have an attitude because she hadn't had one at all. I told her I'm a human, you're a human. We BOTH know when someone has an attitude and you do. I was trying to get my money out of her hand and stumbled and ended in her throwing the rest of it at me. She immediately called her general manager and was talking on her personal phone WHILE MAKING FOOD complaining about me. Refuses to let me talk or to tell me her name or give me any phone numbers to call. Eventually after telling her I needed SOMEONES contact info she agreed to give me the district managers number. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Do not eat here. Ever.
Ashley was great! And very sweet. I hope to see her again. And im sure i will. We order regularly. :)
Friendly Staff;however the new management as of 12-5-2017, are messing up. They changed it so they no longer deliver to my house which isn't far from the city. I always leave a 10 dollar tip for their troubles. They also changed the law enforcement discount from 50% to 30%, which upsets me as Louisburg has some of the best police I have ever seen or dealt with, even though they make very little wage. I suggest going back to less strict management and also come back to delivering in the county and I will raise it. You are only hurting your drivers wallets for those of us who tip well. 3 our of 5 which could easily be back to 5 stars.
Always had great service the 2 to 3 times a week that we order and tonight's was made great by Patrick and David tha la for the great job guys.
