Deputy Strickland should never be allowed to work for any publicly funded agency. He ordered me to walk in the vehicle lanes on the state road and prohibited me from walking on the shoulder of the road.. This caused me to endanger myself and create a hazard to motor vehicle traffic. He is someone who should never be allowed to occupy a position in law enforcement. Luckily,i was not killed. He shoudl be trained, if possible, and assigned to a desk if he cannot be trained.
