Best Bacon Egg and cheese biscuits in town. Fast and friendly staff
After a failed visit to another establishment, I decided to go to bojangles because I knew they wouldn't be closed a half am hour early. Zaxbys, I'm talking to you. I knew the bojangles tonight would be great. Boy was I wrong. The food was absolutely terrible and the service was lackluster. The staff seemed huffy that we were even there. Not my problem, you chose the job, not me. When I got home, I tried my best to enjoy my meal, but it was just not possible. Surprisingly the order was correct, but everything was stale. It was like the food I got was what they were about to throw away. The quality of food and service should be the same at all times during the scheduled business day. Absolutely terrible. I am disgusted with this location!
Our cashier seemed to be getting orders besides ours wrong, based on comments from the line workers to him. However one employee seemed to make it her business to wish us well hoping we enjoyed on the way out. I'm thankful for her effort. Maybe she heard my husband wanting me to find a comment card, I don't know. My husband and I talked about the ladies room soap dispenser setting on the counter apparently broken from a rusty bolt in the wall. I was able to wash my hands, but couldn't help but wonder if some employees use the inconvenience as an excuse not to. We ate the wrongly ordered sandwiches not wanting to delay our travel home from a long hospital trip. The bad part of that is the chicken was hard, cold and not even spicy. The cajun chicken sandwich was why we came. My husband and I also talked about another favorite fast food restaurant that we see customer service training is evident in order repeating before payment and delivery. To me that's the least to be expected anywhere.
Horrible service! Front line was too busy playing and joking to wait on customers in a timely manner. First they had to wait for tenders to get cooked then once thru got those on the plate they realized they had no fries ready! Finally told them to forget it and got my money back and left. Need to learn how to give good customer service and stop hiring people who just want to play and joke.
Wonderful service very polite hot fresh bo berry biscuits and the best sweet tea that I have gotten from a restaurant in a long time Alexis was so wonderful smiled the whole time and she was a delight to take my order I hope the time that I come here I hope she will be taken my order
