Love zaxbys but this place is horrible. They never get my order right and now they're out of grilled chicken??? It's a chicken restaurant! They are out of some of the drinks.. I'm done here... Don't go to Louisburg store!

Alright, so I usually have decent service at this location. But last night, I had a craving for zaxbys. I know it's not great etiquette to show up 'before close, but the store hours say closing as at 12 AM. I arrived at 11:27. The whole restaurant was dark. Ok fine, maybe it's only the drive thru that's open. I drove around to the menu, and the lights were off there as well. I finally pulled up to the drive thru window and what do I see? Employees leaning on counters texting. If you're going to close at a certain time, you should be open until said time.
