After waiting in line for 15 minutes in the drive through yesterday (9/15/17), a voice comes on the speaker and says "we are waiting on a large order, we'll get with you as soon as we can." Who knows how long that would been???? Several people in front of me had already left, so I left and went across the street to McDonald's. Always fast service there.
very poorly run. Food quality is fair, service is not. Long waits. Run out of soda on a regular basis, probably due to not ordering co2. Really? Is there even a manager? Fries unsalted. Seems everyone working there is Just showing up to draw a check.
Took 30 mins in the drive thru and than sat at window for food for 5 more mins. What is going on louisburg. All fast food places around here are taking forever now
Decent service....sanitary grade was a whopping 87....food tasted fine though.
The worse place I ever visited. Workers slow and uncaring. I went in, they saw me and they continued to just stand around for ( without exaggeration) over 5 minutes and I was the only one in the store.
